This Privacy Policy describes how Convert PDF Statement collects, uses, and discloses Your information when You visit our pre-launch website and join our waitlist. It also explains Your privacy rights and how applicable law protects You. 

By submitting Your email address to join the waitlist, You consent to the collection and use of Your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  • Waitlist refers to the email sign-up list operated by the Company to notify interested users about the upcoming launch of our product and related announcements.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

During this pre-launch phase, the only Personal Data We actively collect from You is: 

  • Email Address — submitted by You when joining the Waitlist. 

We do not collect names, payment details, company information, or any other identifying information at this stage. 

Usage Data 

Usage Data is collected automatically when You use the Service. 

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. 

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, and the type of mobile Internet browser You use.

The Service Providers We use may have access to Your Personal Data or Usage Data. These third-party vendors collect, store, use, process, and transfer information about Your activity on Our Service in accordance with their own privacy policies. 

  • PostHog — We use a service provided by PostHog, Inc. ("PostHog"), an open-source platform, for product analytics to gain a deeper understanding of visitor behaviour on the Service. For further information on PostHog's privacy policy, please visit: https://posthog.com/privacy. 

  • Brevo — We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage the Waitlist and to send transactional and notification emails to subscribers. Brevo processes data in accordance with their privacy policy, which can be found at: https://www.brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/. 

4. Use of Your Personal Data 

The Company may use Your Personal Data for the following limited purposes during the pre-launch phase: 

  • To operate and maintain the Waitlist, including sending You notifications about the upcoming launch, product updates, and related announcements. 

  • To understand usage of the Service, by analysing Usage Data to improve the Website and the overall pre-launch experience. 

  • To respond to Your enquiries, where You contact Us directly. 

  • For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganisation, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about Our users is among the assets transferred. 

  • To comply with legal obligations, where required by applicable law. 

We may share Your Personal Data in the following situations: 

  • With Service Providers — to operate the Waitlist, send emails, and analyse use of the Service, as described above. 

  • For business transfers — in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company. 

  • With Your consent — We may disclose Your Personal Data for any other purpose with Your consent. 

We do not sell Your Personal Data, and We do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes. 

5. Retention of Your Personal Data 

The Company will retain Your email address for as long as You remain on the Waitlist, or until You request its deletion. If You unsubscribe, We will remove Your email from active mailing lists; some limited records may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to honour Your unsubscribe request. 

Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or where We are legally obligated to retain it for a longer period. 

6. Transfer of Your Personal Data 

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and at the locations of our Service Providers, which may be outside Your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of Your own jurisdiction.

7. Delete Your Personal Data 

You have the right to request that We delete the Personal Data We have collected about You. You can unsubscribe from the Waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link included in any email We send You, or by contacting Us at the address provided at the end of this Privacy Policy. 

Please note that We may need to retain certain information where We have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so. 

8. Disclosure of Your Personal Data 

Business Transactions 

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

  • Analytics Cookies (PostHog) — We use PostHog to understand how visitors interact with the Service. These cookies collect data on visitor behaviour, such as page visits and interaction patterns, to help Us improve the functionality and performance of the Website ahead of launch. 

We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers.

You can manage or disable cookies through Your browser settings at any time. However, please note that disabling cookies may limit certain analytics functionalities that help Us improve Your experience. 

11. Children's Privacy 

Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13, and We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We will take steps to remove that information from Our records.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
